A new edition of the Sony Ericsson W760i has been released in Europe - the Sony Ericsson W760i MTV Edition Phone. Basing on the pictures, you can see the outrageous colors that the phone now sports. Basically, the W760i packs GPS and cutting-edge gaming, as well as an enhanced music experience, into a stand-out slider. It is the first truly global Walkman phone with tri-band HSDPA, enabling broadband speed downloads of the latest music and content wherever in the world it is used.

The W760 is a Walkman phone that you will want to take with you everywhere. This is where the added protection from the multipurpose Active Speaker MAS-100 comes in. It acts as a good-looking protective case, a speaker to let you play your tunes even louder and an FM radio antenna.

This cellular phone has stereo speakers for users who do not want to use their headsets. The W760i can keep track of 30 received, missed and dialed calls. New Toshiba Sportio cell phone

The Toshiba Sportio is the latest addition to Japanese carrier KDDi’s lineup. The phone which is rather fat helps you keep in shape, it has a motion sensor counts the calories burned in a workout and using GPS it plots your jogging route along with average speed and running logs. The phone can stream music to compatible Bluetooth headphones with the ‘BEAT RUN’ function which adjusts the tempo as per your workout. Coming to the specs the phone has 2.2 inch TFT (240 x 320), 2 Megapixel camera, GPS and 1 Seg Tuner. The Sportio will be available in five colors orange, white, black, red and green. The candybar phone measures 52×93×13.7mm and weighs 86 grams.

Nokia Launches Three New Phones

Nokia has unveiled three new mobile phones - the 6600 in both fold and slide form factors and the 3600 slider - in prices ranging from 175 EUR to 275 EUR.The 6600 fold features a 2.13” OLED screen and a 2 megapixel camera. The high-gloss surface of the Nokia 6600 fold shows the hidden display when tapped twice to reveal time, incoming messages, missed calls etc. A double tap on the Nokia 6600 fold also snoozes alerts and silences or rejects incoming phone calls. 3G-enabled, the phone allows fast and easy sharing of pictures and videos.The Nokia 6600 fold has an estimated retail price of 275 EUR excluding taxes and subsidies.

The Nokia 6600 slide is one of the company’s smallest slider to date. The phone has glossy steel covers, an aluminum center key and the ‘tap twice’ feature of the Nokia 6600 fold phone. It incorporates a 3.2 megapixel camera, a 2.2″ QVGA display and integrated Nokia Maps application which can be enhanced with an optional Nokia Bluetooth GPS Module LD-4W and separate navigation license. The Nokia 6600 slide has an estimated retail price of 250 EUR excluding taxes and subsidies.

With a built-in music player, the Nokia 3600 slide offers space for up to 3000 songs on an optional microSD card.

The phone features a 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash and a TV-out feature, which connects it to television sets.This model too comes pre-installed with Nokia Maps application with an optional Nokia Bluetooth GPS Module LD-4W.The Nokia 3600 slide has an estimated retail price of 175 EUR excluding taxes and subsidies.The phones are expected to start shipping during the third quarter of 2008.
