Sony Ericsson has introduced the latest Bluetooth Hands free car speakerphone, HCB-150. This latest product slot in a simple text-to-speech feature that verbally alerts users with the incoming caller’s details. And if you prefer throwing a glance on the name, you can get the same on the speaker phone conventional OLED display and enjoy a visual caller ID.

How many times have you almost crashed your car while trying to check who’s calling you on your cell phone? I’ve stopped counting a long time ago. So pardon me for saying exactly how much I’m loving the new Sony Ericsson HCB-150 speakerphone which actually features a text-to-speech function that identifies the caller for you via your Bluetooth headset. The set also has very cool touch-sensitive controls and an impressive OLED display which you can obviously use as a visual caller ID in case you want your phone to feel more ‘normal’. The speaker phone is like-minded with at least 5 different handsets and copies the contacts from your set allowing you to scroll through your phone book with a jog dial.

Behind up to five pairings, the Sony Ericsson HCB-150 uses Bluetooth 2.0, is battery powered for double duty as a portable speaker phone. Boasting a talk time of up to 25 hours, the HCB-150 features a standby time of up to 700 hours. Sony Ericsson’s HCB-150 Blue tooth Hands free car speaker phone is slated for a Q2 2008 launch. The gizmo is expected to hit the market in the second quarter of the year, although in case you are cheating on your wife/girlfriend you want to stay as far away as likely from the caller announcing gadget.
